Records present that Wayne Newton’s former residence Casa de Shenandoah has been offered.

KTNV-TV stories Clark County data point out the crooner’s former 36-acre ranch offered for $5.56 million in July.

The ranch, which incorporates the “white house” mansion and 6 different houses and stables, was offered to the Las Vegas-based Smoketree LLC.
