Following widespread criticism over the hike in charges for Class 10 and 12 board examinations, the Central Board of Secondary Training (CBSE) on Tuesday stated Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe college students in Delhi must shell out Rs 50 just for 5 topics.
