“Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Apollo Nida is again behind bars.
Phaedra Parks‘ ex-husband was picked up by the U.S. Marshals Service simply days after he was launched from jail, a consultant U.S. Marshals Service instructed Web page Six on Thursday.
“He was taken back into custody. I wouldn’t say it was an arrest because it’s not a new charge. It was an order of the court to bring him into custody,” the consultant defined, noting that he was in hassle for breaking a technical situation of his launch.
“We took him to Federal Bureau of Prisons and they will deal with it since he was in their custody,” the consultant famous.
Nida, 40, was dwelling in a midway home in Philadelphia earlier than the arrest. He was launched from custody on June 5.
His sentence is scheduled to finish on October 15, 2019.
Nida was sentenced to eight years in jail on conspiracy to commit mail, wire and financial institution fraud costs and was ordered to pay $1.9 million in restitution in 2014.
