OTTAWA — Prime Minister Justin Trudeau says the federal government’s relationship with the Metis Nation is a tangible and concrete instance of what reconciliation might be.

At a gathering often called the Crown-Metis Nation Summit, Trudeau mentioned reconciliation efforts will span generations however mentioned the federal government has come a great distance in working with the Metis Nation on long-standing challenges together with housing.
