Radiohead.com is now dwelling to the Radiohead Public Library. Today, the band have launched the great archive of all issues Radiohead in a corrective to the dysfunction of the net area. To commemorate the launch, the band have launched a handful of rarities to streaming providers: Below, take a look at their debut EP, 1992’s Drill; the loosie “I Want None of This” from the 2005 charity compilation Help!: A Day in the Life; and the 2011 remix EP TKOL RMX 8.
The archive teams the miscellanea by period, with thumbnails linking to ad-free movies and galleries. After creating their very own library card, followers can discover the band’s catalogue, visuals, and numerous artefacts in a “highly curated and organised archive,” a press launch notes. That contains detailed art work, music movies, HD reside and TV performances, B-sides and rarities, beforehand out-of-print merchandise, and the playlists band members shared round their latter-period recording periods.
This week, every Radiohead member will spend a day as the location librarian, curating archival materials throughout the band’s social media channels—Colin Greenwood contributed the primary. Watch that and pay attention to numerous releases beneath, and go explore for yourself.
In 2017, Radiohead reissued a 20th anniversary version of OK Computer titled OKNOTOK. Last 12 months, the band launched 18 hours of OK Computer periods that had leaked on-line.
