Fan sues Madonna, saying her concert starts too late

A Florida man is suing Madonna, saying her 10:30 p.m. concert beginning time is too late for his early chicken schedule, in response to a report.

In his class motion lawsuit, Nate Hollander claims he purchased three tickets to see the star’s Dec. 17 present on the Fillmore Miami Beach, which was first scheduled to start 8:30 p.m., NBC.com experiences.

But the Material Girl pushed again the time two hours, and he not desires to go, in accordance the the outlet, which cited a lawsuit filed Nov. four in federal courtroom in Miami-Dade County.

“Ticketholders [have] to work and go to school the next day, which prevent[s] them from attending a concert that would end at around 1:00 a.m.,” the swimsuit states, in response to the outlet.

Hollander, who spent a complete of $1,024.95, says it’s a breach of contract,  and that the worth of the tickets plunged as a result of night-owlish time change, in response to the report. He says the brand new time makes re-selling them “impossible.”
