MORRISTOWN, N.J. – A college bus driver has pleaded not responsible in a crash that killed a pupil and trainer in New Jersey.
Seventy-eight-year-old Hudy Muldrow confronted two counts of reckless vehicular murder and different costs within the Could 2018 crash on Interstate 80 in Mount Olive.
Information 12 New Jersey stories that Muldrow, of Woodland Park, has been out on bail and misplaced his driver’s license.
A trial has been scheduled for October, however legal professionals say a plea deal is likely to be reached earlier than then.
State Police say Muldrow was driving college students on a discipline journey and tried to make an unlawful U-turn on the freeway. The bus was broadsided by a dump truck and broke aside.
The bus was carrying 44 folks. Dozens of kids have been injured.
