Eyewitness Kianna Lengthy described the tense moments after she heard gunshots and tried to cover throughout the mass capturing that officers say resulted “multiple fatalities” at an El Paso, Texas Walmart on Saturday.
Lengthy described how Walmart staff directed clients to the again of the shop and advised them to cover in metal freight containers.
“They told us to hide in the very last ones just in case the shooter came out and started shooting even more,” she advised Fox Information’ Garrett Tenney.
She added that she was hiding with “probably hundreds” of individuals. “It was more than 50 but not less than 200,” she stated.

Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick advised Fox Information that the suspect was a 21-year-old man. Two native hospitals stated Thursday they had been treating a complete of 23 victims from the capturing. Officers at one hospital, College Medical Middle, stated that one sufferer had died on the facility.
