We’ve shared their favourite merchandise, playlists, and life hacks. Eater hosted its first-ever day-long summit, with panels and workshops devoted to the considerations of younger folks in hospitality. And it’s time to do all of it once more.

We wish to hear from you: Who are the most inspiring younger cooks, restaurateurs, sommeliers, managers, and hospitality professionals in the nation?
More than simply promising younger skills, these are the makers and doers we wish to see main the restaurant trade, with a sureness of objective and an totally distinctive viewpoint. These proficient people deserve consideration for the work they’re placing in and the values they uphold as they do it. Of course, there’s some positive print, too. To be eligible, nominees should be based mostly in the United States and underneath the age of 30 — or with fewer than 5 years of expertise in the hospitality trade — as of January 15, 2020. Nominations will shut at three p.m. EST on January 17, 2020.
