WASHINGTON ― Rep. Norma Torres (D-Calif.) appeared to achieve her breaking level throughout an abortion debate on the Home ground Wednesday.
“Mr. Speaker,” she stated, “it is tiring to hear from so many sex-starved males on this floor talk about a women’s right to choose.”
