The Congress on Saturday fielded its nationwide spokesperson Gourav Vallabh to tackle Jharkhand Chief Minister Raghubar Das within the upcoming meeting elections.
Congress president Sonia Gandhi accepted Vallabh’s candidature from the Jamshedpur East meeting constituency, whereas fielding Mamta Devi from the Ramgarh seat, a celebration assertion mentioned.

Jharkhand will vote in 5 phases, with the primary on November 30 and the final on December 20. Results shall be declared on December 23.
The Jarkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM), the Congress and Lalu Prasad Yadav’s Rashtriya Janata Dal had lately introduced a pre-poll tie-up for the state with former Jharkhand chief minister Hemant Soren because the alliance’s CM face.
The Congress will contest 31 seats out of 81 seats within the Jharkhand meeting.
The RJD will contest on seven seats, whereas the most important chunk of the alliance share has gone to the JMM, which is able to contest elections on 43 seats.
