Chinese electrical two-wheeler producer Benling is planning to invest round Rs 100 crore by April subsequent 12 months for expansion in India.
Benling plans to develop its assembling unit at Manesar, Gurgaon into its first manufacturing unit in India. The firm plans to open its second manufacturing unit in Chennai, adopted by manufacturing amenities in Pune in West, Kolkata in East, and Guwahati in North-East. It goals to have a full-fledged manufacturing plant in India and set up the nation as its second base after China.
“By April 2020, Benling will invest Rs 100 crore into Indian market for expanding its manufacturing facilities unit across India,” mentioned Paritosh Dey, co-founder and Executive Director, Benling India.
The present manufacturing capability of Benling is 3,000 automobiles per thirty days, which the corporate intends to develop to round 10,000 automobiles per thirty days, adopted by 15,000 automobiles in a month, of which round 5,000 items shall be for export markets.
