Alabama rapper NoCap has turned himself in to authorities on costs stemming from the alleged shooting of an occupied dwelling. He’s going through costs of discharging a gun into an occupied or unoccupied constructing/automobile, probation violation, possession of/receiving a managed substance, and reckless endangerment, in response to the Cell County Sheriff’s Workplace’s web site.

In accordance with an Alabama court docket submitting, obtained by Pitchfork, police responded to a report of “disorderly conduct and discharging a firearm within city limits” on September 8. Witnesses informed police that NoCap fired a gun into a house two instances, “striking the couch,” the report states. One witness stated “he heard [four to five] shots ring out,” in response to the doc. As well as the submitting states, “There were two holes in the front of the residence that made entry to the dwelling and then entered into a leather couch which finally got trapped inside a pillow.”
