A 5.8 magnitude earthquake was recorded within the Pacific Ocean off of northern Vancouver Island on Wednesday evening.
The quake struck at 9:30 p.m. native time round 204 kilometres west of Bella Bella, B.C., in keeping with Earthquakes Canada.
Earthquakes Canada mentioned the quake was felt on northern Vancouver Island, adjoining to the mainland. There is no such thing as a tsunami anticipated for B.C.
